We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving the product to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will need to ship the item back to our warehouse at your own cost. You will also be charged a 5% restocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

For defective products (when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective), we will provide you a return label via mail.
If the customer is returning their purchase due to remorse (when the customer bought the wrong product, it does not suit them or they no longer want the item) the customer will be responsible to purchase a shipping label.

You will also be charged a 5% restocking fee.
How much will customers pay for return shipping?
For defective products (when the product is incorrect, damaged by the carrier, or otherwise defective) the customer will not incur any cost for return shipping.
If the customer is returning the product due to customer remorse (when the customer has bought the wrong product, it is not right for them, or they no longer want the item) the customer will incur the full cost of shipping.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges are not allowed.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
